  • Audit the current structures in terms of scope, remit, layers, ratios of managers to staff, ratios of back office to front office functions, etc.
  • Interview senior leaders to understand where the 'structural hot spots' are and longer interviews with teams to understand their perspective. Based on the above, design a Target Operating Model and gain sign-off
  • Work with joint teams to develop detailed structures including numbers of roles required, job descriptions, etc.  Drive through the cost efficiency opportunities through delivering a more effective organisation
  • Develop detailed plans to transition to the new structure
